Will I receive the exact same product as shown on the website?

Where Can I View My Sales Receipt?
1. View Order Receipt via Customer Account Steps: The customer needs to log in to their account (if they don’t have an account yet, they’ll need to register and log in first). After logging in, they can go to the My Account page: yourdomain.com/my-account/. On the My Account page, click View Orders (or simply Orders). Customers will see a list of all their past orders. Each order will display a summary including the order number, date, and status. Customers can click on a specific order to view more details. On the order details page, the customer can view: Order number (e.g., #1234) Order date Order status (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Completed) Product list (each item's name, quantity, and price) Payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal) Shipping information (e.g., shipping address, courier) Receipt (if a PDF invoice plugin is enabled, the customer can download a PDF version of the receipt) Advantages:Easy Access: Customers can log in at any time to view their past orders and receipts. Automatic Updates: Order statuses are updated in real time (e.g., when shipped or completed).2. Receive Receipt via Email Steps:Once the customer completes payment, WooCommerce will automatically send them an order confirmation email. How do I return an item?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return Process: Contact our customer service through the website, or email us at hi@zfyshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Ship the item back to the provided address and share the tracking number with us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Important Notes: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Will you restock items that are marked as out of stock?

We currently ship orders to the following regions: United States and Canada Major European countries (including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and more) Australia and New Zealand Select countries and regions in Asia (such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.) The available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout when you enter your shipping address.
